They are the most important work.”

What we do…

We provide expert guidance in every aspect of establishing a new residential children’s home, from navigating Ofsted registration to implementing robust quality systems that ensure compliance and excellence.

Our experienced and proactive inspectors provide invaluable support in achieving compliance, conducting Reg. 44 visits, and delivering detailed reporting to ensure standards are met.

We offer specialist training, both in-person and virtual, tailored for individuals or groups. Our sessions cover essential areas such as policies and procedures, first aid, statutory compliance, and more—ensuring teams are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills they need.

For homes committed to improving their standards, we offer both one-off and regular troubleshooting reports, as well as ‘mock’ Ofsted inspections—helping teams identify areas for growth and achieve compliance with confidence.

We provide end-to-end support, including property sourcing, construction planning, and securing planning permissions and lawful use consents, ensuring a seamless setup for new residential children’s homes.

We provide bespoke risk assessments, including fire risk assessments, as well as specialized evaluations for CSE and self-harm—ensuring comprehensive safety measures tailored to individual needs.
