* An initial discussion about the services you provide, how many homes and how many children.
* A personal approach….where do you need support, what areas for further development have been identified?
*A (very reasonable) fee proposal for you visits.
*Opportunity to view redacted reports so you are able to see the format of visits and the level of detail you can expect from your visits/reports.
* A CV and all required Schedule 2 details for the visitor assigned to your home. All Safe Hands Reg 44 visitors are very experienced and qualified.
*Copies of Insurance.
* A visit of at least 3-4 hours as an absolute minimum.
* Feedback – an honest appraisal of how the home is running, and a balanced report which includes all of the areas where the home is performing well, as well as a clear action plan for areas requiring further work.
* A friendly, yet professional approach, a listening ear and support for the home manager.
